Receive 24/7 alerts about changes in the Business Register. You specify for which changes you want to receive an alert. For example: SBI, number of employed persons, municipality, or province.
KMS is interesting if you need large amounts of data from the Business Register on a regular basis, to respond to changes. Think, for example, of keeping your customer database up to date. Or initiating business processes, such as adjusting an insurance policy.
Do you not purchase large amounts of data? Then another KVK product is probably more suitable.

KMS can only be used in combination with API Basisprofiel, API Vestiging, and Dataservice Inschrijving.
Every year, 350,000 new registrations and 2,300,000 changes are processed in the Business Register. Half of these are changes of establishment. A third are changes of officials.
At the start of the subscription, you will receive a list of KVK numbers. This is the result of the desired population that you have compiled using population criteria. With this list (the population), you can then determine for which KVK numbers a product must be purchased. In order to prevent overload, it is agreed in consultation at what time the products can best be purchased.
That depends on how you want to connect KMS. If you are already using APIs or an automated connection, the impact is limited. Do you work manually or with exports? Then there is more work to be done. Do you want real-time processing of mutation data and full automation? Then it will be a major project.
